I take the time and care to back up all your personal training with not only an individually tailored session that will meet your needs but as part of being one of my clients you will also get:

Realistic short,medium and long term goal setting so you are well motivated and sure to meet your targets.We will sit down and discuss exactly what you want to achieve and set realistic goals so you always have something to aim for.

Nutritional and weight management advice. I can analyse your current eating habits through the completion of a personal nutritional diary and give you ongoing advice and tips on how to maintain a healthy diet.

An exercise programme written for you so you can complete this between our sessions. I will devise a separate programme for you so that you can either complete it at home, outside or in the gym if you have membership to one... This will help you to achieving your goals.

Contact 7 days a week. If you have any questions or need advice you can always contact me. I will be happy to help you and give you ongoing support and motivation throughout the programme so you will never feel like you are on your own.

The flexibility to train wherever suits you. I have access to a fully equipped, air conditioned gym and the use of a fitness studio. You can also choose to train outside as well as training within the comfort of your own home.

Health screening and Fitness Testing sessions Analysis of your current fitness level to make sure your programme suits you, I can offer these tests: basic height and weight measurements, BMI, Cardiovascular tests, strength tests and flexibility tests.
